Email [email protected] and a person replies, usually within one working day.
Signing in
Enter your work email and Driffle sends a sign-in link and a six-digit code. Open the link on the same device, or type the code into the app. On iPhone you can also use Sign in with Apple. No email after a few minutes? Check spam, then ask for a new one.
Recording a meeting
Tap record. Driffle shows that it is recording for as long as it is, including on the Lock Screen, and keeps going with the screen off. Your notes are written up when you stop. If the connection drops, the phone keeps the audio until it is sent, then deletes it.
Deleting your account
On iPhone: tap the person icon on My notes, open your profile, then Delete account. Deleting removes your account, notes and transcripts. On Mac, or if you prefer, email us and we will delete it for you.
