Every third party that can receive customer data, what each one receives, and whether data obtained from Google APIs is among it. We update this page before adding a new vendor. Email [email protected] to be notified when it changes.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  Receives Google data

  Hosting, storage, database, and all AI processing via AWS Bedrock

  Everything: notes, transcripts, calendar data, account metadata. Encrypted at rest.

• Cloudflare

  Receives Google data

  Network edge and DNS in front of our API and website

  Traffic in transit, including request metadata and IP address. No content is stored.

• Deepgram

  No Google data

  Speech-to-text transcription

  Meeting audio while a recording is running, returned as text. No calendar, profile, or account data.

• Stripe

  No Google data

  Payments and billing

  Name, email address, and payment details. No meeting content, no calendar data.

• Resend

  No Google data

  Transactional email (sign-in links, notifications)

  Your email address and the contents of the email we send you.

• Sentry

  Receives Google data

  Error and crash diagnostics

  Technical diagnostics with content redacted before sending. Meeting titles, transcripts, summaries, email addresses, and tokens are stripped on the device.

• PostHog

  No Google data

  Product analytics

  Usage events: which screens are opened and which features are used. No note, transcript, or calendar content.

• Linear

  No Google data

  Issue tracking

  Nothing, unless you paste it into a support conversation yourself.
